Volcanic Ash Reaches Quebec - April 20, 2010

This article in the Toronto Sun reports how the volcanic ash from Iceland has reached Quebec according to environment Canada.  Even though the ash has reached Canada it isn't dangerous at this point.  The ash cloud is also expected to enter eastern Canada.  Airspace has not been closed yet in Canada, but some airlines like Air Canada have cancelled some of their flights.

Herds in Danger as Dust Settles - April 19, 2010

This Toronto Star article discusses how the volcanic ash in Skogar, Iceland is harming the farms and animals. The farmers in this area are trying to protect their herds of cattle, sheep and lambs from inhaling and ingesting the ash that is in the air from the volcano. This can cause very serious health problems for these animals. Some farmers are even keeping their herds locked up in barns and covering the windows to protect them from the ash.

CLASH OF THE TITANS

Today I saw the movie Clash of the Titans it was amazing.  The characters were really interesting and it was cool to learn about Greek mythology.  I would recommend this movie to everyone.  Here is the trailer if you would like to see it.

SEWER

Today in class my teacher asked us a question and the question was, Do you think people should be arrested if there are caugh in a sewer? I do not think people should be arrestedif they are caught in a sewer because maybe they are doing research and there is no point of getting arrested if you are doing research. This is my opinion.

It is easter and that means a lot of presents and chocolete and being with your family and friends. I get a four day weekend to play and have so much fun awesome.
